Ecomondo is the benchmark event in Europe for the ecological transition and the new models of circular and regenerative economy. An international event with an innovative format that brings together all sectors of the circular economy. The 2022 edition coincides with KEY ENERGY, the fair dedicated to renewable energies, smart cities and sustainable mobility.
From Innogestiona Ambiental, in our interest about solutions to boost innovation, social and environmental sustainability, as well as the competitiveness of our products and services, we have participated in the 2022 edition of Ecomondo, where we have established interesting collaborations and business contacts on an international scale with relevant actors in the sector.
Ecomondo has exceeded all expectations of participation thanks to a programme with presentations, speeches and exhibitions on the latest in technologies for the ecological transition, legislative aspects, development trends and new emerging markets, in key sectors such as waste management, water management, or the circular economy, in scenarios of uncertainty marked by climate change and the profound transformations affecting the energy model.
The fair was held from 8 to 11 November in the city of Rimini (Italy), with a wide range of technological and innovation opportunities to promote new business relationships for these sectors in continuous expansion, with the highest investment and profit forecasts for the next ten years.
According to the event organisers, Ecomondo and Key Energy are the driving forces behind a true community for the world of business and institutional relations at the highest level for the transition to a more sustainable eco and circular model, with the participation of the European Commission, the European Government Ministries of the Environment, Energy Transition, Digitalisation and Innovation, and international organisations of reference for the sector.
Innogestiona has attended the event with our own innovative solutions for the transition to a more sustainable energy model such as the “battmovil”, smart water management in agriculture and forestry activities (aljibe inteligente) along with the results of the latest research and innovation projects in which we participate. The experience has been most satisfactory and encourages us to start now with the organisation of the delegation to Ecomondo for the 2023 edition.
