Impact assessment

In our projects, we work to increase environmental and socio-economic impact and sustainability. Beyond conventional or predefined methods, we develop innovative methodologies and indicators, adapted to each context, which allow us to reflect the multiple dimensions of social sustainability in all its complexity. We carry out impact studies to detect possible improvements in terms of employability, business opportunities, accessibility and inclusiveness, gender equality, mobility, with complex indicators and qualitative studies that include aspects such as health, well-being or exposome. We pay special attention to the exploitation of results that capitalise on the investment and results generated in R&D&I projects.

Bottom-up participation

We believe in social participation as a fundamental tool for the design and implementation of projects and policies, which guarantees their anchoring in the reality of social ecosystem, and also as an enhancer of the empowerment of the people who sustain it. Our direct contact with the territory and local communities allows us to implement effective participation mechanisms, in which, in addition to our experience, we implement new technologies, tools and methodologies that guarantee open and inclusive processes.

Policy recommendations

With the aim of favouring the implementation and replicability of the results of our projects, we work to identify barriers, resources, threats and opportunities that inspire lines of work and action plans – with allocation of resources, scheduling of activities, methodology and work dynamics, dissemination and communication,… -, concrete and effective, which become policy recommendations adjusted to each context.

WE MANAGE AND FACILITATE FOCUS GROUPS AND SECTORAL WORKSHOPS WITH SPECIFIC TARGET GROUPS, STAKEHOLDERS AND EXTERNAL EXPERTS, WHICH ALLOW US TO IDENTIFY NEEDS, THREATS, BARRIERS AND OPPORTUNITIES, TO BE TRANSLATED INTO CONCRETE ACTIONS AND PROPOSALS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION, EXECUTION, DISSEMINATION AND EVALUATION OF PROJECTS.

Optimising impact, our mission

We want our projects to be translates into real opportunities for society, the economy and the environment. We work with a critical, inclusive and committed attitude. We are guided by sustainability, inclusion and good work -NEB- and we strive to maximise the impact of the projects we work on.

Social sustainability: evaluation, monitoring & lobby

From project design, to their evaluation and monitoring once they have been completed, including integral management, we consider social, environmental and economic criteria that allow us to guarantee their sustainability from this triple dimension, in all phases of the project.

Policy recommendations and sectoral roundtables
We share our conclusions with corresponding political bodies at European, national or regional institutions, with which we participate in policy sessions, sectoral roundtables and discussion groups to inspire measures that respond to contemporary social challenges.

Complex analysis - simple solutions

Complexity of measuring impact of any project is a challenge we take in a  serious and committed manner. We want to deepen in new indicators that connect health, biodiversity, exposome, trust, agroecology, culture and inclusion,… in a collaborative, commited and meaningful way.

Proffesional collaboration

Our collaborative network includes professionals in impact evaluation, data analysis, research centres and educational institutions; entities specialised in participation and social innovation, with whom we easily build transnational consortia.

R + D + I

We are part of numerous consortia in programmes such as Erasmus+, H2020, Horizon Europe, Life, Interreg,… in European, national and regional projects, aimed at overcoming inequalities and promoting social cohesion at all levels, with European values as reference.
