We promote innovative projects in the cultural field. From the design of the project idea, proposal writing or identification of the most appropriate programme, to comprehensive support in the management and technical implementation, once projects are approved. This is the case of Interreg Innocastle, Share, LIMUS or Creative Europe Inclusive theatres projects, in which Innogestiona is subcontracted for the implementation of the project.

We facilitate and coordinate projects

Our collaboration network is made up of professionals from the cultural and creative industries, museum and library networks, artists, artisans and educational institutions, as well as entities specialised in participation and social innovation with whom we easily build consortiums for the design and execution of projects.
We are part of numerous consortia in programmes such as Creative Europe, Erasmus+, H2020, Horizon Europe, Interreg,… within European collaboration, innovation and training projects. Our experience is also based on direct contact with the territory, heritage and culture of Extremadura.
After several successful cases in different initiatives, Innogestiona is now participating as adirect  partner or coordinator of projects in the cultural field whenever the rules of the programme allow the direct participation of a private company. This is the case of the SCALE SME project approved by the ERASMUS programme or the Heritech or EU4Culture projects submitted to the Creative programme in 2021.

Design | Management | Assessment | Reporting

Innogestiona develops innovative solutions for the conservation and enhancement of tangible and intangible heritage, within different collaborative projects, which promote culture as a catalyst for a new model of development, more inclusive, creative and sustainable.

  • Coordination support
  • Design and implementation of participatory processes for the identification of barriers and solutions from a multi-stakeholder point of view on different issues of relevance to the sector
  • Elaboration and monitoring of action plans for the improvement of policies in the sector
  • Design and implementation of technical actions for the promotion and sustainable exploitation of heritage (including the use of new technologies)
  • Impact studies and promotion of relevant positive impacts
  • Dissemination of the project and its result

We are what we do

Rurality

We feel rural. Innogestiona promotes sustainable lifestyles in touch wit nature. Our aim is to protect and enhance natural, architectural and cultural heritage in rural areas. Depopulation: both challenge and opportunity for new rural sustainable dynamics.

Digitalisation

The digitisation of cultural heritage involves new forms of management, new professional skills, new opportunities and challenges, as well as new business models, access to new audiences and the offer of new experiences. All this inspires our current and future projects.

New European Bauhaus

We support and get inspired by the New Euroepan Bauhaus. A human-centered ecosystem in the interconnection of rural and urban, digital and physical. Innogestiona works to overcome barriers, boost creativity and embrace diversity and cohesion at all levels.

UNESCO

Inngestiona promotes the candidacy of the Dehesa as for GIAHS (UNESCO’s Important Agricultural World Heritage Systems), as a symbol of the rich natural, tangible and intangible heritage of Extremadura. Health, wellbeing and inclusion are base in our approach to heritage.

Accesibility

In terms of culture and heritage, equal opportunities in access, participation and community management of heritage is the backbone of our contributions to the projects we work on, with a focus on people with special needs and the most vulnerable groups.

Sustainable exploitation

From a social, economic, environmental and institutional dimension. Cultural heritage, in a broad sense, requires new forms of exploitation, which value its history, its values and its potential for transformation and as a lever for new models of development.
